Welcome to my surgical practice

My practice is established at the Hirslanden Clinic site since 2011 and is part of the Zurich Surgical Centre, which I founded together with my centre partners in 2012. Our main focus is on complex tumour surgery of the abdominal and thoracic organs, as well as the minimally invasive surgery in the field of visceral and thoracic surgery.

We are certified according to the specifications of the DKG (German Cancer Society) and recognised as a European Cancer Centre, thus being a key component of the interdisciplinary tumour centre of the Hirslanden Clinic.

I am one of the most active surgeons in Switzerland in the fields of tumour, visceral and thoracic surgery and have performed more than thirty thousand procedures over the last 30 years.

Within the context of the Surgical Centre, we work in my practice as a small team with mutual representation 365 days a year and can thus ensure continuous and very personal care for our patients.
